I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours but my exact working hours may vary as I am a homeschooling mom with 4 kids at home.  In general I have dedicated work hours from 1-5pm and 10pm-1am MT Monday-Friday, but I try to keep on top of things during other hours as well.  I am frequently available most of the day Saturday as well, however I try not to work on Sundays unless there is an emergency.  If you need support the best channels are our Knowledge Share group on Facebook or via our contact form.  You may also message us via our Facebook page.  All channels are managed via our ticketing system with the exception of the Knowledge Share group.
