RR Size Me has built in functionality to tie your customers directly into their parties if you set up a party link!  No hoping that they select their hostess at checkout - with their party sizing link everything is seamless from sizing through checkout :)  To create a specific party link - 

  1. Click on the Stylist menu item and select Account
  2. If you are not already logged in you will be prompted to do so
  3. Click on the menu option for "Party Links" 
  4. On the form enter the Ruby Ribbon Party ID (instructions to find this below) and your Hostess' name and click Submit
  5. Your new party link will be displayed on the page!  You can click the "Copy Link" button to copy it directly to your keyboard.  You can also view previously created party links at the bottom of the page

To get a party ID from your Ruby Ribbon back office -

  1. Go to Orders -> Trunk Show Orders
  2. Find the party that you are creating the link for.  The party ID is the number in the Event column
