Your customer data is your property, period.  While we have access to your customer data it is only ever used for troubleshooting at your request or as anonymized aggregate data to help improve our recommendations algorithm.  We will not contact your customers except to send them their recommendations results.  Upon cancellation of a stylist account customer data is retained so that you can access it should you choose to renew your subscription at a later date.  However, we will honor any requests to delete any customer data at anytime.  Please reach out to us through our contact form should you want any data deleted upon cancellation or at any other time.
